Yes, we ship to almost every country in the world.

You do not need to sign for shipment.

Where do you ship products from?

We ship from our warehouses in the US, Africa. We sample every item and even visit each artisan to ensure the highest quality and sustainable practices.

How long does it take for my product to ship?

It takes 2-3 business days for your product to ship.

What is the Estimated Delivery Date (ETA)?

Depending on your location, delivery can take between 7 and 30 days. Rest assured that we will send you your tracking number as soon as the product ships..

 How do I return and replace my item?

We strongly believe in the quality of our products. That's why we offer a 30-day risk-free money-back guarantee (excluding return shipping costs). If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, simply return it to us and we will refund or exchange your product (the decision is yours), up to 30 days, no questions asked. Please contact us via email at africaaccessories@gmail.com first and we will provide you with the appropriate return.

Where is my order confirmation?

The order confirmation email is sent to your email within 24 hours of payment. Please try to check your junk mail or trash as it may also be there.

 What if I want to cancel my order?
